Dear lord, I succeeded in messing up my departure date. Turns out I’ll be leaving a day earlier than when I originally thought.

That blunder aside, my nightmare-of a-visa application has been sorted out with a rather odd discovery along the way; being overly thin definitely puts you on their radar. I can’t say I didn’t let out a chuckle when I heard their reasoning for wanting to send my original medical to Oz for *further tests*.

Leavin’ for the city in about 1.5 hours time and I’ve not slept a wink. Btw, it’s 4:36 am.
